## What happens to each logo

- **As uploaded.** White boxes, colored tiles, wide margins, blurry JPEGs. What partners send.
- **Backgrounds go.** Boxes, tiles and gradients come off. A white logo on its brand tile gets that color back.
- **Margins go.** Each logo is cut to its drawing. Empty space in the file no longer sets its size.
- **Sizes match.** Wordmarks and marks get the same visual weight. Thin outlines are drawn a little larger.
- **One style.** One color, grayscale or original. Logos whose colors carry the shape keep three tones.

## Questions

### Which files work?

PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF and SVG. Up to 5 MB each, 20 per wall. Photos and textured pictures are refused: they are not logos.

### What happens to the files?

Each logo is traced on our servers and held in memory while you work. It is deleted about 30 minutes after your last change. It is not saved to permanent storage, backups or logs.

### One logo came out wrong.

Click it. Hide a stray color, keep its background, give it its own style, or make it larger or smaller. Open it in the editor for the rest.

### May I change a partner’s logo?

The wall changes how a file looks, not what the logo is. Some brand guides ask for their colors everywhere: give those logos the original colors.

### I have more than twenty.
