Test keys get 10 free 512 px previews per account, unlimited while you have any subscription. Images we refuse (photos, broken files) and timeouts are refunded automatically. Plan credits roll over up to 3 periods’ worth. All plans on pricing.

What happens to the images?

An API image is held only for the request: it is not saved to permanent storage, backups or logs, and is used only to convert it. Business accounts can accept our data processing agreement.

What does it not do?

Photos and textured art: refused in milliseconds, never charged.
Centerline (single-stroke) tracing for engraving. Embroidery files (EXP, experimental) come from the editor only.
